Foley Catheter Balloon Tamponade for Life-threatening Hemorrhage in Penetrating Neck Trauma

1. Stick a foley into a bleeding wound, try to follow tract.
2. Inflate with 5cc water or until resistance felt.
3. Clamp foley or tie it on itself to prevent blood from flowing down lumen.
4. Suture skin around foley.
5. Call a surgeon.
