Instead of a 3.0 or 3.5 mm ETT adaptor on the catheter, you can also take the plunger out of a 3 cc syringe and connect the BVM to that. You can also use a larger syringe, take out the plunger, and then stick a normal ETT into the syringe in place of the plunger, inflate the cuff, and ventilate through that. Have fun.
